Don't let the name confuse you, this board goes fast on the slow days. It's a board designed for speed and stability. 

The "Slow-Cal" packs the foam on, in all the right places. The boards outline is very wide, with lower rocker and hip in the tail. Round nose and a rounded-squash tail. The bottom has is flat with a single concave in the tail. The thickness of the volume is round in the center of the board as we sharpened the rails for better turns.

This is a beginner special, designed to ride fast and stable for those looking for something shorter to learn than your typical mid-long beginner boards.

And for all other levels of surfing as an incredible board for airs. It fast down the line to approach sections, hip and rounded squash tail give you great pop, and the stable outline of the board make for easy landings.
